MetaGLOW

smart GLP-1's for vibrant

metabolic health

The power of microdosing semaglutide plus empowerment to create a balanced, vibrant, GLOWING life that you love!

plus size woman exercising and stretching and ready to use semaglutide for healthy weight loss

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s empowerment to make lifestyle changes that move you from frustrated and exhausted to energized and resilient.

This program is designed for YOU. We won't prioritize rapid weight loss above a healthy lifestyle or tolerate uncomfortable side effects.

Your unique plan will include nutrition, supplements, and exercise recommendations from a Nurse Practitioner to lose weight and reset your metabolism.

The MetaGLOW Program is for women who:

  • Live in Virginia or Maryland

  • Have a BMI 30 or greater

  • OR have a BMI of 27 or greater and have another metabolic risk factor (abdominal weight gain, PCOS, elevated blood pressure, insulin resistance, or pre-diabetes)

We know what it’s like to put in hours exercising, dialing in your nutrition, and downing all the supplements and STILL struggle with symptoms of a broken metabolism:

Stubborn body fat, especially in that mid-section.

PCOS symptoms that get better BUT just won’t go away.

Exhaustion no matter how much you rest or just poor sleep altogether.

You CAN heal!
